Pure water.
A clear finish.

Water-fed pole brush cleaning a window
01

Clean

I use a water-fed pole with a specialist brush to gently agitate and loosen everyday dirt from the glass, frames and sills.

The brush does the cleaning, while a steady flow of purified water lifts and rinses the loosened dirt away. It’s a thorough clean of the window, not just a quick rinse of the glass.

Rinse & dry

After brushing, I give the glass a thorough final rinse with purified water, washing the loosened dirt away.

Ordinary tap water contains dissolved minerals that can leave spots as it dries. The water I use has been purified to remove those minerals, so the windows are left to dry naturally without wiping or polishing.

Check

Wet glass isn’t the finished result — the final check comes once it’s completely dry. That’s when you can properly see the clarity of the clean.

If you notice streaks, spots or an area I’ve missed, let me know. I want you to be happy with the result, and I’ll return to put it right at no extra charge.

A little more about the method

Good to know.

Why are the windows still wet when you leave?

The final rinse uses purified water, so the glass is left to dry naturally. There’s no need to wipe it dry. Wait until the water has fully dried before judging the finish.

What makes purified water different?

Tap water contains dissolved minerals. If it dries on glass, those minerals can leave spots behind. Purification removes the minerals from the cleaning water before it reaches your windows, helping it dry to a clear finish after a thorough clean and rinse.

What does the satisfaction guarantee mean?

If you’re unhappy with the result once your windows have dried, call, text or email me. I’ll arrange to return and re-clean the areas that need attention at no extra charge. It’s a straightforward promise to put the clean right.
